Miko Coffee has an exciting  opportunity for a full time Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team at our Chertsey branch in Surrey.

We are an international coffee service organisation with operations in a dozen European countries and roasting facilities in Belgium and the U.K. We specialise in tailored solutions for the out of  home  customer, providing the finest coffee and hot beverages , world class coffee machines , and the highest levels of account management, technical and service and coffee quality support.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Working across all brands within the business, but predominantly focused on the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurants, café, Bars) markets. You will help market the products and machines to businesses and get people on board and using our coffee service solutions.

You’ll report to the Marketing Manager while working closely with our Sales, commercial and Technical support teams.

  • Work closely with the marketing manager to create engaging content for the company’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused.
  • Work alongside the marketing manager to source influencers that match our brand vision and goals.
  • Reach out to influencers regularly and build partnerships with them
  • Create monthly engaging newsletters for the brands (internal/externally).
  • Assist in building brand campaigns
  • Liaise with appropriate teams to get campaign underway
  • Track effectiveness of campaign (engagement, sales, exposure etc.).
  • Assist in creating promotions, marketing material and executing various marking activities.
  • Proof reading of marketing material.
  • Be the first point of contact for enquiries via our websites, profiling further where required and assessing their requirements.
  • Providing quotations and literature for all enquiries.
  • Developing relationships with potential clients
  • Offering demonstrations for products and services to potential buyers
  • Booking coffee tastings/machine demonstrations around RAM diaries and service team.
  • Working with Regional Sales Managers to increase involvement.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • You will ideally be educated in a marketing discipline at degree level or have a minimum of 4 years previous marketing experience.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A creative, confident thinker
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • IT Skills – experience in Adobe packages
  • Good team working skills
  • Adaptable, used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
