Miko employs a team of highly trained technicians nationally offering comprehensive back up on all systems handled by the group including Faema, Brewmatic, Stentorfield, Rheavendors and Bravilor. All our technicians go through a rigorous selection process and are factory trained in Italy, Belgium and Germany receiving regular training sessions to ensure their knowledge is up-to-date. All Miko vehicles are equipped to high level to ensure a very high first time fix rate.
Miko offers comprehensive training support to our clients. including baristatraining on site and at our branch offices throughout the UK .
We cover all aspects relevant to the ongoing production of quality coffee, including daily maintenance and cleaning regimes, ooffee history and knowledge, grinder settings, presentation and of course coffee prooluction.
Miko operates an efficient next day spare parts service from our HQ near to London.
