At the meeting of the Board of Directors of 22 June, 2011, Mr Chris Van Doorslaer resigned as a director. In accordance with art. 15 of the Articles of Association, CVD BVBA, with registered office at Meibosstraat 11, 9200 Baasrode, permanently represented by Mr Chris Van Doorslaer, has been appointed as a director. The next general assembly of shareholders will decide on the final appointment.

 

The board of directors has established that CVD BVBA and its permanent representative comply with the requirements of art. 526ter of the Company Code and that CVD BVBA can therefore be considered an independent director.
