The customer service experience is vitally important to Miko Coffee, and something we pride ourselves in. We aim to remove all hurdles in the road for our clients, so that they can run their coffee businesses effortlessly, efficiently and fruitfully.
To that end, we assign clients a dedicated, office-based customer service representative. Just a phone call or quick email away, he or she will be on hand to deal with any day-to-day accounts, products and delivery-related enquiries, and make regular calls to your store managers to take coffee orders. A regional account manager will look after your in-the-field queries and carry out site visits. Our marketing team will be available for any coffee branding and marketing enquiries. Our technical service team will arrange services on all equipment, carry out ad-hoc repairs and deal with any problems and issues as they arise.
